Cardboard sleeves are a front and back, two panel artwork option for CD packaging. The disc slides in either the top or side of the unit, and comes shrink wrapped or tabbed on the open side to keep the disk secure. We can provide bar codes and download cards upon request as well as add your own ISRC codes to your music. Sleeves start at a 100 quantity minimum.
